Fill about 2/3 of the bowl. Add 2-4 drops of Frankincense, Cypress Pine and Lemon essential oil to the hot water. Sit at a table with the bowl of hot water in front of you. Place a towel over your head and the bowl to create a tent. This traps the steam.
