Steam Inhalation: For a steam inhalation heat water to a steaming point, but not boiling. Let it cool slightly if it’s boiling. Carefully pour the hot water into a large, heat-safe bowl. Fill about 2/3 of the bowl. Add 2-4 drops of Frankincense, Cypress Pine and Lemon essential oil to the hot water. Sit at a table with the bowl of hot water in front of you. Place a towel over your head and the bowl to create a tent. This traps the steam.

Foaming Hand Wash: Pour ¼ cup (60ml) castile soap, ¾ cup distilled or filtered water and 1 tablespoon jojoba oil for added moisture (optional). Add 10 drops Lemon essential oil (cleansing, refreshing, and uplifting), 5 drops Clove essential oil (antibacterial, warm, and spicy), 1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin (optional, for extra foam and hydration) into a foaming soap dispenser for a beautifully warming and refreshing hand wash for autumn!


DIY Recipe: Grounding & Warming Autumn Room Spray

Ingredients

  • 8 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil (uplifting & cozy)
  • 5 drops Cardamom Essential Oil (warming & comforting)
  • 4 drops Clove Essential Oil (spicy & grounding)
  • 3 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil (earthy & stabilizing)
  • 40-60 drops of Dispersant (optional, helps blend oils with water)
  • 100ml Distilled Water
  • Small spray bottle

Instructions

  1. Add the essential oils and dispersant to a small mixing container and blend well (if skipping the dispersant, just add oils directly to the bottle and shake well before each use).
  2. Pour the mixture into a spray bottle and fill the rest with distilled water.
  3. Shake well before each use.
  4. Mist in your living room, bedroom, or any space that needs a cozy, grounding touch.
