CRYSTAL PROGRAMMING

1. Relax for a few minutes while holding your crystal and consciously align your personal presence with the crystal
2. Hold your crystal with strong intent and formulate a specific phrase to describe how you wish to use your crystal’s energy e.g. I wish to use this crystal for my own and other’s healing
3. Be receptive to the flow of energies coming from inside and outside of you
4. Repeat the phrase you have devised in succession many times, while at the same time visualising and feeling the effects you desire
5. This will build an energy pattern into your energy field and manifest the desired program
6. Now with full awareness of this energy field, focus on your Third-Eye (between your eyebrows) and Heart area (behind your breast bone in the centre of your chest) and place your crystal in front of these parts of your body to feel connected to your crystal
7. As you do this, direct your energy field into the crystal for a minute, while allowing the program to be transferred to deep within the crystal.
You will know intuitively when this transmission is complete.
