Choose an essential oil, place 1 – 2 drops to the outside edge of the inside of your mask.
This simple technique for both psychological and physiological responses will help quickly and naturally!
Here are a few suggestions:
If you’re feeling nauseous, apply a drop of peppermint oil to your mask.
If you’re feeling claustrophobic, apply a drop of lemon or bergamot oil to your mask.
If you’re feeling anxious, fearful or your heart or breathing is getting faster, apply a drop of lavender or orange essential oil to your mask.
