The Healer’s Dilemma: When Nature Calls You Deeper
Thirty years ago, my hands knew what my words could not yet explain.
As a Remedial Massage Therapist, Myotherapist, and Reflexologist working one-on-one with clients in my Melbourne clinic, I witnessed daily miracles. Muscles released. Pain dissolved. Circulation returned to cold limbs. But I also witnessed something else – the subtle whisper of the body asking for more.
After a deep tissue session, after the myotherapy release, after the reflexology points had been honoured, my clients would look at me and ask the same question: “What can I do at home to keep this feeling alive?”
I wanted to give them something pure. Something potent. Something that honoured the work we had just done together.
But the essential oils available to practitioners at that time fell short. Some diluted and/or synthetically extended, they were sourced without story or soul. I could not, in good conscience, offer them to the bodies trusting me with their healing.
So I did what any therapist with a heart would do. I began to learn. I began to travel. And ultimately, I began to source directly – building relationships with farmers, distillers, and wild-harvesters across the globe who shared one fundamental belief: the plant must be honoured before it can heal.

The Birth of a Botanical Treasury
Today, after three decades of clinical practice, international exploration, and purposeful dedication to purity, I am proud to offer what I could not find back then: a complete library of the world’s finest single-origin essential oils.
All Essential Oils now houses 80 individual expressions of plant intelligence – 40 oils rooted in ancient Australian soils and 40 sourced from sacred terroirs across the globe.
Each oil is 100% pure, therapeutic grade, and single-origin. Each carries the fingerprint of its landscape, the wisdom of its harvesters, and the intention of its healer.
The Four Sacred Sourcing Practices
Not all oils are born equal. Just as a vineyard’s soil shapes its wine, a plant’s origin shapes its medicine. Our collection honours four distinct pathways of cultivation, each reflecting a different relationship between humanity and nature:
Wild Harvested
The Purest Expression of Place
These oils come from plants growing exactly as nature intended – untended, unmodified, uncultivated. In the remote forests, mountain slopes, and coastal dunes where they have flourished for millennia, our wild-harvested botanicals offer the most complex, potent medicine a plant can give.
Why it matters: Wild harvesting requires deep ecological knowledge. Our harvesters take only what the land can spare, at the precise moment of peak vitality, ensuring the ecosystem remains undisturbed for generations to come.
Examples in our collection: Buddha Wood, Sandalwood, Kunzea, Honey Myrtle, Fragonia, Nerolina, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus varieties.
Organic Cultivated
Certified Purity, Regenerative Farming
For plants that thrive under careful stewardship, we partner with certified organic farms where synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilisers have no place. Here, soil health is the priority, because healthy soil grows plants that resist disease naturally and express their full therapeutic potential.
Why it matters: Certified organic oils offer complete traceability. You know exactly where your oil came from and exactly what isn’t in it.
Examples in our collection: Lavender, Rosemary, Peppermint, Spearmint, Lemon Myrtle, Aniseed Myrtle, Geranium, Chamomile varieties.
Traditional Stewardship
Generational Wisdom, Artisan Craft
Some of the world’s most precious oils come from small-scale producers who have tended the same land for generations. They may not carry organic certification, as certification is expensive and inaccessible to many subsistence farmers – but their practices are rooted in ancestral knowledge that predates industrial agriculture.
Why it matters: Traditional stewardship preserves biodiversity, supports rural communities, and maintains ancient relationships between people and plants. We work directly with these artisans, witnessing their methods and ensuring fair compensation.
Examples in our collection: Coriander, Frankincense, Myrrh, Benzoin, Elemi, Galbanum, Vertiver, Pink Lotus.
Select Cultivation
Precision-Grown for Therapeutic Excellence
Some plants, particularly citrus respond best to careful cultivation that optie perfmises their therapeutic chemistry. Select cultivation allows us to work with growers who choose superior plant varieties, harvest at the perfect moment, and employ extraction methods that preserve delicate aromatic compounds.
Why it matters: Consistency in therapeutic application requires consistency in chemistry. Select cultivation ensures that when you reach for our Lemon, Tangerine, or Bergamot, you receive the precise biochemical profile your body recognises.
Examples in our collection: All citrus oils (Lemon, Lime, Orange, Tangerine, Grapefruit, Bergamot), plus select herbs and spices.
Giving Back: The 1% Promise
Here is a truth that has grown clearer with every passing year of my practice: we cannot take from the earth without giving back.
The plants that have healed my clients, that have soothed anxious minds and eased aching bodies, that have brought moments of peace to exhausted mothers and clarity to overworked fathers – these plants come from living, breathing ecosystems that need our protection.
This is why, from our very first bottle, All Essential Oils proudly donates 1% of our profits to the Australian Network for Plant Conservation (ANPC).
The ANPC is Australia’s leading organisation dedicated to saving our continent’s unique and threatened flora. They work at the front lines of plant conservation – protecting habitats, restoring damaged ecosystems, and ensuring that the botanical treasures of this ancient land survive for future generations.
When you purchase an All Essential Oil, you are not merely buying a product. You are casting a vote for the kind of world you want to live in. You are contributing directly to the preservation of the very landscapes that gave us these medicines.
Every drop heals you. And every drop helps heal the earth.
